JD1BMM’s very clear QSL instructions

I stay in Minami-Torishima (IOTA OC-073) only until February, 2010.
I do not reply to rude SAE.
Send the QSL card after QSO within one week.
Write your call sign at lower left corner of the back of the SAE.
Do not write plural QSO data.
Do not enclose the card except the family.
Do not enclose dirty Green Stamp.
No large size SAE. (IRC and the same size)
Write “AIR MAIL” in SAE.
Please send the SWL card only in SAE.
I do not send the card of the photograph for
reasons of the lack of funds now.
I do not reply to SAE after March, 2010.
While some points are understandable, the rest is IMHO a little too much. Looks a little like he is telling of the people.
