I have just received the news that in October 2008 a DXpedition will take place to Willis Island (DXCC: VK9/W, IOTA: OC-007). Team members will include BCC members DJ7EO, DJ9RR, DL1MGB, DL3DXX, DL5LYM, DL6FBL, DL8OH und DL8WPX. They plan to be qrv with 4 stations fore more or less 17 days from 160m to 10m in CW, SSB and RTTY.

According to their website, the landing permission has been granted, the license is expected to be issued the next days and suitable transportation has already been chartered.

Make sure, you check their news section. Unfortunately no RSS feed is offered.

Update: Since a few days, they also offer a RSS-feed.
