Upcoming this weekend: WPX Contest
Heat up your amps and clean your antennas! This weekend takes place the international WPX Contest.
This is one of the bigger contest so that participation is high from all over the world. Higher participation means more DX and more fun although surely the QRM increases. Especially if the high bands are closed due to bad propagation. But my experience is that during major contest even presumably closed bands are more or less open.
So hope to see you in the contest. I will participate as DP8P although not fulltime. Just playing around a bit
