At least more or less. According to the official Skype Blog nearly all systems are back online. Just a few problems persist.

Personally I did not have any problems logging into Skype this morning. And more people are online as yesterday.

So let’s see how this develops. I am wondering if the will release the real reason for these problems. I doubt it.
