A PDF file with all german callsigns including their mailing address can be downloaded on the website of the Bundesnetzagentur (regulation authority). The list also includes all automatic stations including their QTH locator.

Just click on “Download Liste aller Rufzeichen vom … ” and you will get it. Please note that you must have Javascript enabled to download the file.

Might be useful for sending QSL cards . So if you are looking for a german call which you don’t find on QRZ.com check out this list.
