M0ECS has released a collection of files which contain QSO text in (right now) 7 languages. The languages included so far are: german, spanish, french, italien, czech, dutch and polish. The files can be downloaded here.

You should be able to understand english as all sentences refer to english.

A very interesting project and Stephen seems to continue to work on it. Quote from the FAQ:

My language is not included! – Then please email us! We would be delighted to hear from you and between us we can make your language available to other radio amateurs. Please see our ‘Contact Us’ page for more information.
