Lunar (!) Eclipse March 14th
As I have just read on Spaceweather.com, a [tag]lunar[/tag] [tag]eclipse[/tag] will be visible tomorrow in most parts of the world.
I won’t be a total eclipse so that you will only see a [tag]penumbral eclipse[/tag]. Spaceweather.com writes as an explanation:
Penumbral eclipses are not as dramatic as total eclipses. A penumbral eclipse involves only the pale fringe of Earth’s shadow while a total eclipse happens in the shadow’s dark red core. Both are fun to observe.
UPDATE: Some pictures of the lunar eclipse are posted on Spaceweather.com.
