Google language recognition
This really sucks … why does Google think that the main page of my blog is written in german? There are no german words on the page – all plain english and still there is no “translate this page”-link displayed (“Diese Seite uebersetzen” means “translate this page”).
It would not be that bad but this error in the language recognition does have quite some impact on the SERPs. Putting meta-tags does not help either … I have tried that
