Guestbook: Subscribe to Comments

I just added the possibility to subscribe to comments in the Guestbook.

This enables you to receive an email about further comments made by visitors.

If you don't want to receive any emails any more, please click on the link supplied in the last email you received. This unsubscribes you automatically.

Please note: "Subscribe to Comments" is checked as default. If you don't want to receive any comments, please uncheck that box before sending your comment.
